AAUW membership is open to graduates who hold the baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university, to those who hold an associate or equivalent degree, and to students pursuing a degree. We value and seek a diverse membership, with no barriers on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. See our membership brochure.
Today, AAUW is guided by a bold, new vision: to ensure equity for all by focusing on the three critical areas where we can make the biggest difference in the lives of women and girls — education and training (see bottom of this page), economic security, and leadership. Our strong array of programs, activities, special interest groups, and connection to like-minded organizations provides a wide array of experiences in which members may engage.
DUES – Regular member dues are $110.00 for the program year. Portions of your payment go to the AAUW national ($72), AAUW-PA ($12.00) and the Harrisburg branch ($26.00). There are reduced rates for new members joining between January 1 and March 15, and for Student Affiliates. Dues assistance is available for those who need it; for information, contact us.
